I think this was particularly interesting in so far as her faced changed very dramatically (but subtly) over many of the shots. This isn't a sign of aging I think, more of the people who do her shots changing her features using photoshop differently per shoot. In the end there's more to see here of the people who work behind the scenes than on Jolie herself.

they all have full luscious mouths and narrows noses...actresses in hollywood are kind of typed today. Morphing shows it pretty well.
