Boxrag (Saturday 21st of June 2008 11:14:35 AM)
It dosen't give out any harmful emissions, but to make the Hydrogen fuel it lets out just as much fuel emissions as it is to normally drive a gas powered vehicle.

Out of curiosity, where did you get your information that in order to produce hydrogen the process will create the same amount of greenhouse gasses as gasoline powered vehicles?

"What Happened to the Electric Car".
It shows how the process would cause just as much greenhouse cars. Rent it.

Which is why foreign automakers are still holding strong on sales while the American automakers are eating shit and picking up the scraps. Europe and Japan are years ahead in terms of alternative engines that run on hydrogen or clean turbo diesel engines. Automakers like BMW, MB, Audi, VM are already producing vehicles that can bang out close to 50mpg if not more using alternative fuels. GM and Ford, where the fuck have you been all this time? No wonder our auto industry suck balls!
