I wasn't particularly a big fan of Jillian Hessel's instruction. However, I loved and used consistently Pilates Conditioning for Weight Loss with Suzanne Deason. That is much better way to start. I also found it to be a more invigorating workout. I also liked it, because it had three different camera angles depending on your level. As a man,I loved how I could look at the gorgeous assitant Katia Ancova which helped the time go by much faster.
