Parkour is not completely safe. It get's safer IF you train hard and IF you train the right way, but it will never be completely safe. A guy here in Sweden for example died while doing a precision jump from less then a halfmeter. That is just one accident.
For that sake, many, many people have got knee problems, back problems, joint problems etc. because of training wrong. This is just facts that every traceur has to accept. That's why we always need to be carefull and to progress slow.

That is some amazing parkour, and the editing is on the same level.
Ive just got into both Parkour and video editing myself, what programme do you use and how long have you done this!
