Chip Foose and The Hemisfear

Back

Chip Foose, the designer of the Plymouth Prowler, sees his sixteen year dream realized in his own Foose Coupe. Also dubbed "The Hemisfear" for it's 392 HEMI crate motor, the coupe is Chip's vision of a completely uncompromised modern hot rod.

if you watch "gone in sixty seconds" you can see a drawing of the hemisfear on the back of the chalkboard with the names of the cars, right before castleback enters the garage

What took 16 years??With the money inhand you could build that car in under four months at a slow orderly pace, must have been many years of nose picking or he didnt have the funds.

Didn't you see the size of his nostrils? Jokes aside, i'm sure people will see it and order it pretty much open cheque book, looks pretty cool and my hats off to Chrysler for at least trying with the Prowler, a lot of guts to market that (so why are they broke now?).

I certainly wont meet the construction and use stipulations for most countries for it to go on the road, for example, for the uk,it would have to have mudguards, orange indicators, propper headlights and no gap between the body and front wheel (not that big anyway) for a production car,if it was sold as a kit it could be type approved by each individual car assembled. The S.V.A list would be endless!!
