Who has a finer history than rising, from vitually nothing with poor displaced settlers who fled from tyranny and other troubles from the "old world", to one of the greatest nations in the world. This is a nice song.

I'm tired of people talking crap about America. We have history too...matter of fact we defeated the "Mighty British Empire." Can you say that? Thats right..a bunch of ragged back country militia men got it done...so stop trying to put us down...yall ruin a perfectly good song with stupid comments. People in my area ( the part that won the war) have the same blood as yall so, while I wouldn't want a yankee accent, theres none finer than that of a Southerner.
