This version is the best! Fiona Apple, and Amy Lee which are both 2 of my favourite singers, did amazing remakes but then again, I'm a great fan of the film as well, and this singer(?)'s voice suites Sally's animated face and the scene way more. But it's cool how both Amy and Fiona sang it so depressingly but they're SOOO different which is interesting.

well it's not the instruments that make this song one of my favorites. It's the beautiful sorrow that Catharine O'hara exudes throughout this entire song! Amy is just the emo goth punk recreationist who tried to make the song better but it cannot be done
