You have base frieza, Which bardock attacked. Then you have 1st transformation, The one that looked like King Cold, Then you have 2nd transformation, With the crazy laser finger things, And then his 3rd form, Which is the slick skinny one, That cooler is in.

I think Freiza's 1st form you see is suppressed 2nd is their actual forms and beyond that are transformations cuz if you count freiza's forms his final would be a 4th transformation but cooler said its his 3rd ... If that makes any sense at all lol

There are so many things wrong with this movie like cooler saying he discovered another transformation wrong frieza even said that each form he had was to surpress his power and the final form was his true form the reason he did that was so that he can conserve his power, so that means coolers true form is that transformation that he does and Goku doesnt kno that that is the third transformation he meet frieza already in his true form im pretty sure he doesnt kno about the other forms he has

Cooler came out of the kamehameha that was one and only. Of course besides Broly asking "what was that!?" after a shot.
