You can't go wrong with a drummer named Cactus, lots of smoke and purple lights, and a confetti-covered white bozewacker Zoot suit. Although the best part of this show was when he came out dressed as Mrs. Aryan! ST, if you weren't all about pullin' people closer, I would have worshipped you!

If it's anywhere on Youtube, Steve Taylor released a concept video for "On the Fritz" from his album Liver. It's much heavier than the studio version of the song.

Taylor was a bright shining light in the 1980s Christian music scene. His lyrics challenged believer and non-believer alike. Kudos to a fine artist.

Contempory christian music is boring. Back in the 70s and 80s they knew how to rock & have fun while still sending a positive message.
