I have a problem with this... When I use the linetool, it becomes another layer, so i have "layer1" "Shape1" "Shape2" and "shape3" When i dublicate the "layer1" and add blurs, it don't show. I use Photoshop CS2 Thanks.

Try to change the "weight" For my version it's at the top right box
