I don't care about what others think or say on this, but I simply have to say that the dish was mouth watering and was in fact, authentically Indian. If someone has Nigella's recipes on Mexican food, please do post the videos for those episodes. I just love Nigella's cookery talents and skills!

She studied Modern Languages at Cambridge university.

Actually she went to Oxford but as for a long day at school, I've no idea what she's alluding to.
