Plywood Boat Repairs
BackWinter renovation of a 14' plywood dinghy, set to "6 months in a leaky boat" by Split Enz. Work on the boat included scarfing new hull panels, removing the old thwarts and creating new side benches/lockers, fitting a samson post, fibre-glassing various joints to add structural strength, and of course endless painting. The whole project took a little over five weeks, with most of the work being carried out under cover.

What a bit of work that was! Great job. Now you have a very nice, fun boat.

very nice jobs me hearties,What was the bit at the front for a mast? and how do you get links on your page ta.

Hiya. Thanks for your comment. The stumpy bit at the front isn't for a mast... it's what you tie the boat up to a mooring with. And you get the videos on a web page by using the snippety of "Embed" code that YouTube offers you just to the right of the video.
