I do back and biceps on different days...do you think this is overworking my biceps because most back exercises also work your biceps? how often should you do biceps?

just stop if ya cant lift any...gets??? also shoulders have back and biceps.... just dont to it often,i mean if ya rest thats the time ur muscle grows..... gets??? =)

He means to pull them in tight. Your ab muscles go all the way around your middle so it protects your lower back.
