In many respects, this adverts take on the book's ideology is better. In the book, society still has personal choice like haircuts, personal belongings etc, but in this advert they look more like how you'd expect society to be under The Big Brother. Great novel mind, though hard not to view some of the dating ideas, like "SpeakWrite".

As far as I know that ad only aired once-during the 1983 AFC Championship when my Seahawks got smoked by the Raiders.

Pretty cool commercial. However, it wasn't a good commercial as I think it was over a lot of people's heads.
