Yes, it is. 100's are done to increase circulation, everyone of Windsor's workouts starts with 100's.

It used to make my neck hurt, then a pilates instructor told me to ALWAYS tuck my chin. Make yourself a double chin at all times! It really does help. Keep that curvature in your neck.

it works on the muscles in your upper arm. it also works on your breathing by getting blood pumping.
