Where the Video you are awesome, I took a Jiu-Jitsu, Class and the intructor was a good kumite, but he suck as a instructor.
After seen this video, it help me 200%, going to start training and get in a Dojo in 2009

Hey Ari....for rapid flexibility gains in the butterfly stretch have you found there to be a big difference between static and PNF stretching?

Impressive. I need to work more on my own flexibility. I've found certain stretches to come much easier to me than others (front splits much easier than side splits) but have made slow improvement on things like butterfly stretch w/ daily practice.

insane moves, even greater teacher. eddis fight with royler gracie was too incredible man, BJJ at the highest level!! i have to watch it again and again when i am blown it is freaking too down!! congrats eddie, now i see why your last name is bravo.
