Wow.. My little brother didn't start talking until he was two! If I ever have children I'm certainly going to teach them sing language. People underestimate how smart babies are.

You have an intelligent AND adorable baby!!! I know Japanese and American sign language and I think it's going to be difficult for me to teach my kids (in the future when I have one) sign language since I myself get mixed up all the time... But you encouraged me to teach my future child sign language! You are a great mother!

watching your videos is actually teaching me, Im expecting my first in June and have full intentions of teaching my baby to sign, I think it is a wonderful gift :)

omg you are such a great mom one day she will be thankful cause u started to teach her in a very young age which is really amazing :D one day i will do the same with my kids thanks a lot for sharing

oh man i would love to do this with my kids... don't have any yet but i will in a few years. was wondering if you can answer me this, other than the bonding and being able to speak before talking what other good things come from signing with baby? just wondering. thanks and your baby is so adorable ^_^

Those are the two main reasons for signing with your baby. But it is also the third most used language in the United States (and fourth in all of North America). Why not teach your child a second language :-)
