Lil Mama did go through alot of shit. Her moms wasn't the ideal mom and to add onto that her moms died not too long before she recorded this track. She kinda used this track to display a piece of her sorrow and hood sorrow in general.

not to be mean or anything,but this song is so dumb.she has no fucking idea what shes talking about.she said that shes been through all of this before but she has no fucking idea.ive been through all of that and im only 11 years old.she is from brooklyn or harlem one of the two and to be honest harlem isnt a bad place,well,it can be kind of bad but not terrible.trust me i live there and in the bad part too.and for all you lil mama fans this isnt a bunch of hate speech it just the truth.
