Howard Huge at 3:58 voice is done by Charlie Adler. I love dat fat joke Kit makes at 6:41. Kits cute face at 00:24. Baloo lips circled at 3:18. I really can't beleave I'm watching Talspin! It hasn't been on UK TV in 10 years!

Strange since Kit wore pants when Magon originally pitched the idea to Eisner in 1988. Even the early previews of him showed him wearing pants until about 1990. Why they changed it I don't know.
