Sweet Mama Janisse owns Bless My Soul Cafe in Eureka, Ca. I visit her often, she is a wonderful lady with a lot of spunk and some great stories to share about Taj. Also, some of the best creole' you can find on the west coast.

His version of this song on the live album "The Real Thing" KILLS (includes punchy horns), but that strong, strong bass bottom comes through nicely here, too.

Heck yeah, though I've been "getting it" for a long time. The first time I heard the first TM album I was hooked, thats been more than 25 years ago. Surprisingly many guitarists don't know who JED is, post his name on any guitar forum and its unlikely you'll find someone who's heard of him.

were you married to him?
