1. YouTube is not just in the USA - they have a youtube dot JP as well in other countries
2. if you want to know what comments say use google translator
3. why should they subtitle their videos? or any country for that matter?

You're an idiot. See the word "link" with a number next to it under the video? That keeps track of who the top referer to this video is. Guess what? The top referer is a Japanese site. ANN didn't even get enough hits to make it into the list.
It's only because English commenters like you who can't keep their mouth shut and whines for special treatment that this video has the most English comments.
