yo a PK roll (yes u spelled it right) is what some ppl like to call an "army roll". its basically a forward roll at an angle where you go over frm ur shoulder. Its purpose is to absorb shock and spread it thru your body so you wont get that bloody horrlibe feeling in ur feet. some ppl modify them to suit themselves, and all is well. PEACE
