nice.............. i never really got into 7 strings. i dont know why but i prefere 6 strings. my favorite guitars probally gotta be jackson, and then either E.S.P. or Ibanez. but i think jackson whoops the shit out of ibanez. if u get an older model from before they were sold to fender.. cuz fender makes jacksons on an assembly line. but the ones which were handmade are amazing

Does anyone recommend a 7 string guitar? I've been playing 6 strings all my life and never tried a 7 string. I'm thinking of considering one. Any suggestions?

it's good for heavy riffs and some low tune shredding, definitely a guitar worth trying out, but you will have a very awkward feeling if you touch one for a 1st time, it will feel like touching a 5 string bass
