Paris 3rd, New York 2nd London 1st.London has everything, kind, charmin people, history-dark, mysterious and good, atmosphere, Fashion, Food, Wondeful.
New York is fantastic, but the people aren't as charming as London, so that lets them down a bit, but the skyscrapers are decent, good atmosphere, but not quite London, and good tourist attractions. Paris is just lovely, smells, atmosphere. Lovely.

dude while new york is certainly a very nice city and an old settlement . Cities like Prague, London, Paris, Beijing are more than 1500y old , have huge museums and are historical. As such, they are the center of many cultural meetings from all around the globe. If you think economy = everything you'll be disappointed ( while paris certainly is rich anyways )

Paris is in my opinion the most beautiful city in the world, actually. I would much rather go there than America for example, which is the global capital of obesity, materialism and arrogance.
