Clearly the RNC (and I'm a republican) was using the destruction of 9/11 to place fear into people's hearts so that they would support a republican president and the war on terror. And by doing that was exploitation and that was wrong.

the images shown were not exploitation. like bashingvash said, we should always show this images like we do of the holocaust and WWII so that we never forget it and learn from the past. I think what Keith (and I'm actually defending him even though I despise him) was offended by the words spoken by the narrator. Phrases like, "...and kill us they did." were pretty terrible to say.

Dirty exploitation.

oh that was so horrible I guess we should stop showing WWII, Holocaust, Vietnam documentaries...etc because that's all history and we should just forget about the past. I'm sure if it was shown at the DNC, Olbermann wouldn't have been offended.

As a Jew, this only reminds me of conservatives pretending to like Jewish people and Israel, and then calling abortion the "American Holocaust." The RNC is using the mass murder of 3,000 people (many of whom were LIBERAL DEMOCRAT NEW YORKERS) and assuming that all of these victims would have wanted to go to war in a country that had nothing to do with the attacks. The GOP is an expert at speaking for those who are unable to speak back.

You think after berating people about spelling you could spell "satan". Although satin sure is a soft and smooth fabric...if it were running I would probably vote for it.

people. olbermann doesnt think the video itself isnt appropriate. Its the fact that the republicans are using 9/11 to get votes, as a campaign strategy
