I remember listening to our Weavers record as a little kid in the mid-sixties and staring at Ronnie Gilbert's picture, thinking what pure joyfulness she brought to her singing. To finally see her in action now makes my eyes get misty, and confirms what I sensed about her then.

You'll be glad to know she still had that spark when I got to talk to her in person after attending her one woman show as Mother Jones in the mid 1990s. Her performance moved me, but so did the charisma of her spirit as an individual.

It's a "hora," not a horan. Pete's just trying to get a nice rolled "r" on his pronunciation.
