I'm definately going to try some of this stuff.
But i'm skinny.
I'm like 16 and I only wiegh like 120 pounds and i'm 5 ft 11 and a half inches.
Should I work out at a gym or something before trying this stuff?

Southbank is your best bet. That's the area near the Houses of Parliament of the London Eye. If you wander around there any saturday, you're sure to bump into some traceurs. The IMAX cinema is one of the regular spots in that area.
