Leonard Nimoy's Ballad of Bilbo Baggins
BackPerhaps the lowest moment on Leonard Nimoy's life. One of the worst songs I've heard.. and seen O_O. Enjoy it.. or panic!

I SAW THIS ON TV WHEN IT WAS FIRST SHOWN in 1967 and have always remembered it. I don't think it's complete here, because the last verse started with "Now this brave little hobbit that we all admire / Went back to his little home in the Shire..."
When I saw this originally back in '67, I watched with a mixture of amusement and pained astonishment. It was semi-cool that Mr. Spock was on TV singing a song about hobbits, but the song is horrible. And now I will not be able to forget it.

No joke, from 1:08 - 1:25, this could easily be a Dio video, Nimoy almost looks like him too.

bad ass tune however this video should never have been made. no redeeming qualities. not even the stuff flying up from behind the rock which im sure they were pretty damn pleased about.
