Monk didn't pay Sharona very well. That episode where Natalie was angry at Monk for not paying for her expenses revealed that Monk didn't pay for Sharona's expenses, either but at the end of that episode Trudy's ghost convinces Monk to sell her office and pay Natalie. Sharona doesn't dress well because she was poor living off Monk's meager salary and her ex's child support payments while Sharona was paying for Monk's expenses. Sharona was taking care of Monk even though he paid her cheap.

yea I would have to agree, sharona is much better looking and sexier the natalie, even if she does dress bad.
