PlusOfficial: Mass. Teens Make Pregnancy PactOfficial: Mass. Teens Make Pregnancy PactThe Associated PressA group of high school students have allegedly made a pregnancy pact. At least 17 girls at one Massachusetts high school are expecting. Normally, the school has about four pregnancies per school year. (June 19)[Notes:ANCHOR VOICE] They're barely old enough to drive...but apparently a group of students at this high school think they're old enough to become moms.School officials say 17 girls...none of them older than 16 years old...are pregnant...And it's no coincidence - Officials say, they'd made a pregnancy pact. ((School Superintendent SOT: Originally we took notice of this when there were 10. They are young white women. We understand some of them were together talking about becoming pregnant and that becoming a positive thing for them.))That's left people in this Massachusetts city wondering: What were they thinking? ((Jason Grown/City Council guy: They're not making rational decisions...))The teens allegedly told school health officials that they wanted to have babies at the same time so they could raise them together.((Resident: They're going to end up on welfare and it just breaks my heart.))Local lawmakers say the pregnancies are just another sign that the city's sex ed program needs a makeover A-SAP.2 of the school's health officials resigned last month after a fight over distributing birth control. The clinic's doctor and chief nurse wanted to be able to confidentially give students contraceptives.

The narrator and people being interviewed sound supprised for some odd reason. Apparently they're not familar with the concept of progressive stupidity. The problem isn't teen pregnancy, its teen stupidity. My solution: at age 16 privatly question and explicatly test each registered high school student of every state. If they are deemed 'stupid as fuck', send them to execution camps cleverly and ironicly disguised as orphan centers. I often ask myself why I am not running this nation.
