The new mayor of Budapest, Gyula Mohay Dr. have taken an oath after he charged on a new post. "I swear on the omnipotent and omniscient God to be loyal to Hungary, Hungarian constitution,and National Leader. I support laws and rule of Hungary and orders of the constitutional goverment. I will obey my official superior, I will keep in safe the official secrets, and I will carry out with scrupulous correctly my official duty. God help me so I will keep my oath." Gabor Vajna Interior minister have delivered a speech to audience. "We have one aim nowadays: all thing give to army and victory to survive our nation. People, me, you and he/she may be slaughtered, to become humble etc. but our nation must not be destroyed!" "We think, new world and new life will be born from ruin. We think and belive the new life demand sacrifice of blood from a mother too, but we assume it, because this new world and new life will be truly new world and life of our Hungarian nations and race." Mohay: "My program will be short. I have one goal: I will save the Hungarian capital, the most important town of Hungary,our beautyfull Budapest. All Hungarian must realise: Hungary and Budapest one and inseparable. So we must defend Budapest until our last blood to be Hungarian and capital. All of citizen of Budapest must understand that we do not have another choice: we have to live and death but here. We can not give up! (Vajna Gábor (Kézdivásárhely, 1891. nov. 4. -- Bp., 1946. márc. 12.): nyilas belügyminiszter. Az I. világháború után a bécsi követségen, majd a honvédelmi min.-ban teljesített szolgálatot. 1924-ben mint katonatisztet (őrnagy) nyugdíjazták, és ezután a fűzfői lőporgyár ig.-ja lett. 1939-ben nyilas párti programmal ogy.-i képviselő. Himmler, ill. a Gestapo és az SS hazai embereinek vezérkarához tartozott. Leleplezte az ellenállók/terroristák több szabotázscselekményét, zsidóellenes intézkedéseket hozott. A Nyilaskeresztes Párt egyik vezetője, Szálasi Ferenc bizalmas híve volt. 1944. okt. 16-tól belügyminiszter a Szálasi-kormányban. Elmenekült, elfogták és kiadták.
