DEVELOPING: Detainee alleges torture in Ramsey County jail

Elliot Hughes recounts allegations of torture while being detained in Ramsey County Jail. Hughes was detained during an RNC08 protest after reportedly colliding with a police bicycle on accident. He was sent to Regions Hospital for treatment and later released without charges. We are actively investigating these claims. Stay tuned for more.

shoddy seed planting there darkaderkaderkawerkomineminymo. way to cite your sources.I don't imagine they have cameras in the torture chambers.the kid was clearly pounced on on the street and is clearly injured consistently w/his description of incident.nothing he did warranted 11 cops dogpiling him while blocking witnesses from taping it. The cop 2 protestor ratio was ATLeAST 1:1...OVERKILL.Limpwristed is just more evidence of that.why beat when you can hurt their feelings to death?

Wow.. where do I address your insanity.. Well its a fact that jails have video cameras in them. So where is the tape? All yo have to do is reqest it. And where is the lawsuit from this event? There isn't one... because the limpwrist made shit up...and probably was injured resisting arrest..

He didn't do anything wrong! A cop deliberately walked out in front of his bike so that the cops could have an excuse to arrest and brutalize somebody.
