Wasn't that his 11-0 shutout against Immonen in the 2001 US Open?
So, also looking at the shot rating at the beginning Corey was more than just in the drivers seat for that match. Immonen was close to tears in the last rack

You are crazy. That's one of the best shots you'll ever witness. I'd love to see hardly anyone execute that shot in the same fashion with the same bridge. Did you see the distance he was cueing the ball? That's what was special about it really.

Mhmm. It's a good shot, it's not one he or any other professional player would get 10/10, it's in a match so he has to get it, but still the reaction is a bit too much. If you'd have only the commentary and not the pictures you'd think it was the best shot ever played, which it isn't, at least not in my opinion.

Well, the shot is makeable for an average league player in practice, but I doubt we poor amateurs can do it under the tournament pressure.
The TV lighting makes it easier as the new cloth is really dry.
I made it with a diamond less distance, but the english came to work earlier as normal tables don't have so much "slip"
Still great cueing considering the tight Diamond Pro pockets and I made 2 out of 10 in practice only
Hats off!

You can tell how much people know about the game by the stupid comments they make! Yes, top right was the play for almost anyother player.Left english would make the ball much harder to make.Notice the diamond his cue ball hit and tell me it wasn't a great shot. These are the shots you learn while goofing around but only when you have the stroke to do it! Yes, almost all players have a stake horse when playing big money games. Anyone claiming they don't is just showing his ignorance.

4 ball almost straight in and you think he's was playing a safety, and you also think a safety was the shot here. There was a few ways to get on the five and no pro or good player would even consider a safety with this layout. You must be a couch player, and no not all top players can make that shot!

nice clearance, really demonstrates the artistry of this game.. but you say he missed the nine?? wow, thats a damper. lol

Yes, he missed an almost straight-in 9-ball. He goes on to win the match, regardless.
