Handy tip for Chinese mini chop chop man... When chop chop Mini, use front end build rickshaw, put back end in trash not engine. This way, no peddle peddle peddle.

You wouldn't have to lock it up. If someone takes off in it, simply walk after them and toss them out. They'll probably be too exhausted to put up much of a fight.
