it was made for this commercial. Its version of feeling hot hot...hence the fire... They put in a lot of effort to make these commercials, its a great company who makes these.

the dialect spoken is teochew.. the first part he says li teng diao kou, calling him to take off his trousers.. and he calls the white guy "ang moh"(red hair), which means caucasian in teochew and a few other minnan dialeects..i'm teochew thats how i know..

I think they were trying to make it seem like China. One thing they did was have chinese characters on the fire fighters jackets. Bangkok has a big China town called Yaowarat which prolly where this was filmed.
