Your talking about the Xbox Live Arcade 360 bundle, right? I believe that it comes with Xbox Live, but it doesn't have a hard drive. It only comes with a 256MB Memory Card. That means that you won't be able to do much with Xbox Live since you can't download any of the stuff. I'd recommend just getting the Pro Bundle

i cant figure out how to get two players to play on 1 console for xbox live.... Some one plz help me out!!!

It depends on what game your playing. Not all games can have 2 players on 1 Xbox for multiplayer. If you know that you can have split screen multiplayer: Just turn on two controllers and sync them to the Xbox. While on the 360 Dashboard, press the center button on the second controller and have them sign into a guest account. When you go to play the game, there should be two players. This works with most games. Otherwise, you can do this in the game's multiplayer lobby.
