An international convention on endangered species currently meeting in Doha is gearing up to vote on whether to ban trade in Atlantic bluefin tuna. In Japan, where most of the global catch is consumed, the possibility of a ban is looming large over the country's culinary culture -- and Tokyo's famous fish market in particular.
