Hey, I've watched most of your videos. You do some of the best on the internet. Both great recipes, great techniques and great personality. Since I am a fairly new 07E owner, you doing alot on the Traeger makes me a little biased...

Great job, Bubbaq! I had quit doing beer can chicken for spatching, but I see how this could easily be adapted for a spatched chicken just as well. Thanks for taking the time to produce this!
