What an ignorant fool. Cory doesn't go to the street on a whim. She is the voice of the silent majority and she has done more for the Filipinos than any of today's politician combined. How dare you malign Cory's name. Don't you realize that the freedom of speech you so lovingly abuse without fear of being killed in your home is dueto the many sacrifices Cory Aquino has given? Whoever wrote the script you're reading needs to look in the mirror and ask himself, "what have I done for my country?".

Go to my website - Get Real Philippines - and look for the article 'Hall of Shame: Philippine Street Revolutions' and you'll know what I mean.
As to your question: What have I done for my country? My answer is this: I made this video.

...The COMELEC pollsters should be held responsible.
Re:pre-1986, Marcos was a good man, and Filipinos needed to be knocked some good sense into their freewilly heads. They hated him for it. Rather, the media did.
Yes the poor Filipino whos stuck in the gutter, unable to afford to work abroad, will finally reach his breaking point and join the NPA or the Mindanao terrorists in desperation, and start a civil war to attack every rich fatass in Metro Manila.
Cold truth. A matter of when, not if.

...
Nepotism and Monopolies on businesses, utility companies, oil companies, telecommunications, and major TV news stations were and still are destroying the fabric of society and should be held responsible.
All People should be held responsible.

I dont blame her for hiding her face. A lot of people are pissed off, but cant do nothin about it because Arroyo is holding the balls of the NBI/AFP/PNP.
But I do NOT blame the entire Catholic Church..heck, I dont blame the Pope for things that we have been done on the other side of the world. Those that are truly accountable are the politicians who MAKE USE of the Church for political motives, and some corrupt bishops who give in to such biases.
