She actually had three miscarriages, that's from her mouth. I've been seeing her in concert for almost twenty years, met her a few times and she said it in an interview back in '91. "Even though I blasphemed... they will be returned me...each of these three babies have brought you(God) closer to me..."

In black boys on mopeds, she sings of the three babies of "England". I think it is biblically related. I know America is a child of England. The bible says get out of her. In the song Sinead says I love my boy and that's why I am leaving. England in the mother of nations that breed hypocrisy and other evils.

Only Sinead know's why this song is important to her!, I guess her musical talent, her gift in life, was to express herself through music and share it with the world, and I thank her for that.
