plus the hull armour is a type of Carbon-Neutronium, with many other minerals the federation have yet to discover. just scanning through the hull would be impossible (they've never been able to get anything to penetrate neutronium, not even sensor scans), let alone a transporter signal.
and of course the isds could always put transport inhibitors all over the place to prevent transporters anyhow.

shuttles stronger than an SSD? LMFAO! wow what kind of bull have you been shoveling? also since you can't even transport things near modern power lines (the energy creates too much interference) so you can forget about transporting anything anywhere NEAR the reactor of a star destroyer.
