Jeff Buckley inspired alot of the many independant song writers and singers today. You need to listen to all of his music and how it stands out from the rest. he came out with albums in the 90's thrown in the mix with Rap, hip hop, Grunge bands ect. I think he did very well on his own. Many artists are still praising him after his death. I enjoy his music.

hes alright, can someone please explain why lately he is getting so much attention. i dont hear anything special or unique in his lyrics or tunes or even his voice. i just dont understand how he came to be so praised?

Its not just latly, He's got the attention before and after his death. There are people who love his music and style and that's it. Btw Im one of those.

Jeff Buckley was before the googoo dolls and has since died. one of the best song writers of all time!

His voice is not that of an angel, you are transfixed by a harpie. Emos and all degenerate art fags suck. Even Dali had "morals." $ley on the other hand has pimped all you emos into submission and I think that you suck.
