man this is crap! live trace is NOT for that, its a VERY helpul tool, but will NOT do 100% your job, you'll need B/W images , and at high res, you need to do a couple of "tricks" in PShp, then with Illy, also there are plugins WAY better than "live trace" from illy, I use adobe from v.7 and really the illy history ends with ai.10 , the next ones are crap.

Hello, I'm trying to vectorize a sketch, but the lines should be as clean and sharp as possible. but when i do this with the live trace method, i come up with pretty, let's say rough lines. is there any way for me to get this result with the Live Trace method ?
Please PM me or reply to this cause i need to know how to do this as quick as possible!
thanks in advance! (this might be a repost but i didn't see it so i posted it again)

I cannot believe that Adobe put this in illustrator CS2, when Corel Draw (that every body discriminates) has had this tool since 1998.

Normally it is, since Corel Draw are harder to get than Adobe products. Unless if you ain't caring for the bucks that you gonna spend for it.
