Should people be able to avoid the risky trap when pricing shooting up for something that they may escape when they sell earlier than others. They had good intentions to begin with. Obama and Clinton were doing what they thought it was good. The Bush administration went over board. Bush would also encourage other nations around the world to give such loans to low income people. Democrats are not the only ones at fault.

Banks have thought it through so you can use these people to drive up demands so cash would be available for top people to oversea investments. Remember they were the one who played the magic boom and burst. They know the psychology when you can't afford and are desperated.

Hey this video had nothing to do with racism, they said racal groups, has in minorities. Try to get your facts strait before to go complain. And those rich people, they earned there money, it was the winey minority groups who raked up thousands of dollars of debt who begged for loans even though they could not pay them. Maybe they should have stayed in school.

tells you how much you know genius. sub prime mortgages were still mostly an alien term before clinton. it existed, but barely. clinton put that one on that map on a grand scale. mortgage backed securities didn't exist before bush, and man did they go all out on that as well, once he de-regulated the market system and exchanges. in all, dems and reps, all are at fault. dems and reps both have dirty hands here. nothing less then the T word. 99% of them. and your god, mcain isnt clean either...
