the crowd started booing when he said that andy said that he had 16 injuries. he never said anything about the crowd then! then he said "i know their already against me" probably because they booed at him when he talked about the injuries. he never said anything about the crowd but they started to boo anyway so Djokovic didnt do SHIT wrong! and the interviewer kind of made fun of the situation. what made them so fucking angry? that their american player lost?fuckem all djokovic hold ur head high

Forget the controversy at the end, this was an awsome match, the excitement and tension was brilliant! I'm sure if roddick won that 4th set when he served for it he would have won the match, the crowed went mental when he hit that backhand winner down the line to break serve!!

WRONG skate4life. I live in the states, and certainly could care less about Roddick. But I was floored at Novak and his speach. THAT is why the crowd booed. He would have gotten his due, meaning huge congrats from the NY crowd had he been humble, and simply thanked them for coming to watch. Amazes me how some people are making it about the americans. You would have never heard such a speach from from Rog or Rafa!!! They would have simply thanked the crowd. EOM

I'm an American and I have to say that the crowd was way out of line there. Big props to Novak for handling the whole situation like a gentleman. Seriously, classy players like Novak never should get booed like that. It's really out of line.
