Are you joking me? Why in the hell do we need to force the rich to pay for everyone else's problems. You can encourage charities (which a lot of rich people give to). It is morally wrong to force someone to do the right thing. Why is everyone so scared of capitalism and rich? Everyone can become rich in this country unless you have out of control spending and taxation by the govt. Obama just perpetuates Bush's problems.
