I hate to break it to you but Nolan says he may not come back for a third film unless the script is amazing, and there's still no script at all so all those rumours are bogus. Particularly the Johnny Depp and Philip Seymour Hoffman ones as they've already said they can't do it (Depp: 'cause of schedule conflicts for the next few years) and won't do it (Hoffman).

i read that depp said he would play riddler if nolan came back and we all know if nolan is gone bail is gone and that whole thing that the script needs to be amazing didnt nolan and his brother write the script for the last 2 movies
