Stop the DUMBNATORS too (DUMB + GENERATORS) mothers who give birth to childs and then no cultural knowledge is give to them, then they become dumb too! see! it's a vicious cicle, dumbness just leads to more dumb, there's only a small percentage of people who can learn from dumb things.
