Please read "Blood Ritual" by Philip de Vier. It's an amazing book that discusses the myth AND reality of human sacrifice. It isn't hard to read and is available from on-line retailers.

First, it's Molech. 2nd what they are worshipping at Bohemian grove has nothing to do with Molech it's actually represents the goddess Semerimus.

Semiramis is represented by the Owl and Molech is represented by the bull. Alex Jones was a brave man for exposing this but he just doesn't have an understanding of the occult and got the names wrong. Still Dark secrets inside the Bohemian Grove is a very important documentary.
