Depending on how much you need to prep, it may or may not be as mny cotton balls per pair of shoes. The number I used was for a project like this. ONLY PUT COTTON BALLS AND ACETONE IN A GLASS BOWL OR CUP. Plastic will melt. Also, my art page has high-quality photos of this and other works. Check it out! The link is below. hey man saw this video and decided to customize some air forces but just need to know a few things does it necessarily have to be angelus paint? or can it be any type of leather paint? secondly would i need to make a finishing coat after painting to water proof the shoes? if so can u specifically say what that would be =) and plz dnt say a brand name for wat i would need cuz im frm new zealand nd we wouldent have tha same stuff =P lol any help would be well appreciated =D

How many Ounces of paint did you use on the shoes? Also, how many oz. would you say it would take to cover two whole shoes, say size 12.
